Magic Resistance. The pixie has advantage on saving throws against spells and other magical effects.
Swarm. The swarm can occupy another creature’s space and vice versa. The swarm can move through any space big enough for a Tiny pixie. A pixie swarm can concentrate on up to 4 spells at once and, if they fail a concentration check, choose which spell’s concentration breaks.
Innate Spellcasting. The pixie’s innate spellcasting ability is Charisma (spell save DC 17). It can innately cast the following spells, requiring only its pixie dust as a component:
At will: druidcraft
4/day each: confusion, counterspell, dancing lights, detect evil and good, detect thoughts, dispel magic, entangle, fly, phantasmal force, polymorph, sleep
Lair and Lair Actions
Twilight Ball. A swarm of pixies will typically gather in the gentle light of the moon at night and have a glorious celebration of their renewed vitality and youth. Any creature they welcome into their beautiful dance must make a DC 17 Intelligence saving throw or be stuck in this dance for one round, after which they make another saving throw. If they fail this saving throw again, they are stuck in this dance for one minute, after which they make this saving throw again. If they fail a third time, the creature is stuck in this dance for 8 hours and wakes up with the swarm of pixies in the morning, seeing their grotesque day form.
