Longbow. Ranged Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, range 150/600 ft., one target. Hit: 6 (1d8 + 2) piercing damage plus 10 (3d6) radiant damage.
A pale silvery beam streaks from your pointing finger to a point you choose within range and then blossoms, with a soft otherworldly chime, into an explosion of spectral flame. Each creature in a 20-foot-radius sphere centered on that point must make a Dexterity saving throw. A target takes 6d6 radiant damage and 2d6 fire damage. On a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.

Silvanesti Elf
A normal Silvanesti elf stands five feet tall and weighs approximately ninety to a hundred pounds. They are a fair-skinned race, with hair color ranging from light brown to white blonde, and hazel eyes. Silvanesti possess an almost supernatural beauty and are considered the most graceful and lovely of the elves. Most Silvanesti elves never possess facial or body hair, although ancient male elves of 500 years and older have been known to grow wispy beards occasionally. The high elves normally wear flowing garments that are green or brown.
