Foul Breath. a foul stench is emanating from the open gut of the zombie. characters make a con save of DC 13 or be dealt with 1d4 poison damage when they get pithing a 5 foot radius of the gut zombie and if they end their turn inside the radius
Multiattack. Zombie Gut can make one slam and one Gut Bite attack.
Slam. Melee Weapon Attack: +3 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 4 (1d6 + 1) bludgeoning damage.
Gut Bite. melee weapon attack: +3 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 5 (1d8+1) piercing damage. on successful hit target must make a Strength saving throw with a DC 11. on a fail save the target is restrained and can free themself with a strength saving throw of 11 to break free of its grasp.
Description
Undead zombies move with a jerky, uneven gait. They are clad in the moldering apparel they wore when put to rest, and carry the stench of decay. Their clothes are ragged exposing the stomach area revealing the expariments done by a lich removing its internal organs to perform mutilating the corpses in hopes to make a deadlier foot soldier to chew up enemies.
