Ultimate Resistance (1/Turn). If Zoe fails a saving throw, she can choose to succeed instead.
Magic Resistance. Zoe has advantage on saving throws against spells and other magical effects.
Psychic Hover. Zoe can float and fly at will without needing to make an ability check.
Avoidance. If the Zoe is subjected to an effect that allows her to make a saving throw to take only half damage, she instead takes no damage if she succeeds on the saving throw, and only half damage if she fails.
Master of the Kords. Zoe ignores movement restrictions caused by Difficult Terrain, and she cannot be Restrained in any way.
Multiattack. Zoe makes two Chaos Kord attacks and casts 1 Spell. Instead of a Spell Zoe can Use Chords of Kaos provided it is available.

Demand Loyalty. Zoe magically ends the charmed, frightened, stunned, and paralyzed conditions on herself and on any of her allies within 120 feet of himself.
Restraining Parry. -twice per turn- If the Zoe is hit with a melee attack, she can force the attacker to make a DC 21 Dex Save or be Paralyzed as they are completely engulfed by Chaos Kords.
Zoe can take 3 legendary actions, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action can be used at a time and only at the end of another creature’s turn. Zoe regains spent legendary actions at the start of her turn.
