Keen Leader. The Viridiana Sovereign has advantage on Wisdom (Insight) checks to determine the intentions and emotions of others.

Enhanced Venomous Bite. The Viridiana Sovereign's bite can deliver an enhanced venom. The target must succeed on a DC 15 Constitution saving throw or be poisoned for 1 minute. While poisoned in this way, the target is also paralyzed. The target can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success.

Pack Sovereignty. The Viridiana Sovereign has advantage on attack rolls against a creature if at least one of the Sovereign's allies is within 5 feet of the creature and the ally isn't incapacitated. Additionally, all Draconian Hares within 30 feet of the Sovereign have advantage on saving throws against being frightened or charmed.

Actions

Multiattack. The Viridiana Sovereign makes three attacks: one with its Bite and two with its Claws.

Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +8 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 10 (1d8 + 5) piercing damage. If the Sovereign chooses to inject venom, the target takes an additional 7 (2d6) poison damage and must succeed on a DC 15 Constitution saving throw or be poisoned and paralyzed for 1 minute.

Claws. Melee Weapon Attack: +8 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 11 (2d6 + 5) slashing damage.

Draconic Roar (Recharge 5–6). The Viridiana Sovereign emits a powerful roar. Each creature of the Sovereign's choice within 30 feet that can hear it must make a DC 15 Wisdom saving throw or be frightened for 1 minute. A frightened target can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, with disadvantage if the Viridiana Sovereign is within line of sight, ending the effect on itself on a success.

 

Bonus Actions

Regal Command. As a bonus action, the Viridiana Sovereign can issue a telepathic command to any number of Draconian Hares within 120 feet. These hares can use their reactions to move up to their speed and make a single melee weapon attack.

Camouflage Veil. The Viridiana Sovereign can use a bonus action to blend into its surroundings, gaining advantage on Dexterity (Stealth) checks until the start of its next turn.
