Otherworldly Perception. The god can sense the presence of any creature within 30 feet of it that is invisible or in the Ethereal Plane. it can pinpoint such a creature that is moving.
Radiant Head. Green light radiates from its head, creating a 15 radius of light and 15 radius of dim light.
Steadfast. The god has advantage on Strength and Dexterity saving throws made against effects that would knock it prone when on mayonnaise.
Water to Mayo. When the god comes in contact with water, it can choose to turn it instantaneously to mayonnaise. If the water is in a large amount, the god can only turn 10 foot cube of water into mayonnaise at a time.
Chest swords. Any creature that comes within 5 feet in front of the god it must make a DC 13 Dexterity check or be struck by the chest swords and take 1d6 piercing damage.
Many armed. The god has three arms, which allows it to both hold a trident in two hands and strike with its 3rd hand. If the trident is not held in two hands, the god can make two strikes with its fist instead of one. The god also has advantage on Strength checks and checks for and against grappling when two arms are available.
Spellcasting. The god is a 10th-level spellcaster. Its spellcasting ability is Wisdom (spell save DC 17, +9 to hit with spell attacks). The god has following spells prepared:

Legendary Resistance (3/Day) If the god fails a saving throw, it can choose to succeed instead.
Multiattack. The god makes 2 strikes attacks with it's trident then a claw attack or two claw attacks when not holding the trident in two hands.
Radiant Trident. Melee Weapon Attack: +8 to hit, reach 10 ft. range 20/60, 1 target. Hit: 11 (2d6 +4) radiant damage or two-handed Hit: 13 (2d8+4) radiant damage.
Troglodyte Claw. Melee Weapon Attack: +8 to hit, reach 10 ft., 1 target. Hit: 6 (2d4 + 1) slashing damage.
Grabbing Parry. The god adds 3 to its AC against one melee attack that would hit it. To do so, the god must see the attacker.

Deep down in Undermountain, in the Twisted Caverns lays a tribe of kua-toa forced from their homes by a powerful aboleth. In desperation, their high priest, Noolgaloop, constructs a mighty god to reclaim their land and defeat the aboleth. eventually, kind crusaders came upon the kua-toa and helped construct the mighty god granting it much power. Eventually the god rose from its slumber, with fury in its heart and bloodlust in its mind
