Ex: A PC throws a fireball at the minotaur, and as a reaction, the minotaur can adapt to said fireball, granting it resistance against fire damage(if adapted to thrice or used as an action, it grants immunity).

Actions

Charge. The minotaur can charge an enemy, which involves moving up to 45 feet in a straight line without stopping(+5 dmg/5 ft) and slaming into an enemy, which is moved 15 ft in a straight line and goes prone. 17 dex save, 40 dmg +5/5ft charged(8d10 bludgeoning +5/5ft charged).
