Yowl. The yowler emits a magical high-pitched shriek, Each creature within 60 feet of the yowler that can hear the sound must succeed on a (DC 12) Wisdom saving throw or be frightened for 2d4 rounds.(Negate the effect if a creature realize the source for the sound).
Description
Yowlers are tiny, harmless lizards that are only noteworthy for the loud and horrifying screech they make when frightened. a green lizard standing barely over a foot tall, a yowler spends it's days digging for worms and grubs and eating fine vermin. It is physically unable to defend itself against predators, so it relies completely on it's overdeveloped vocal cords. It may bite if handled, but it's not capable of inflicting much damage. if a yowler feels threatened (or just bored), it will screech ('yowler').
