Magic Resistance. Vizeran has advantage on saving throws against spells and other magical effects.
Spellcasting. Vizeran is an 18th-level spellcaster. Its spellcasting ability is Intelligence (spell save DC 21, +13 to hit with spell attacks). Vizeran can cast disguise self and invisibility at will and has the following wizard spells prepared:
Cantrips (at will): fire bolt, light, mage hand, prestidigitation, shocking grasp
1st level (4 slots): detect magic, identify, shield, magic missile
2nd level (3 slots): detect thoughts, mirror image, misty step
3rd level (3 slots): counterspell, sleet storm, lightning bolt
4th level (3 slots): banishment, fire shield, greater invisibility*
5th level (3 slots): cone of cold, scrying, wall of force
6th level (1 slot): globe of invulnerability, chain lightning
7th level (1 slot): teleport, delayed blast fireball, prismatic spray
8th level (1 slot): incendiary cloud*
9th level (1 slot): time stop
*Vizeran casts these spells on itself before combat.
Staff of the Spider Mage. Melee or Ranged Weapon Attack: +10 to hit, reach 5 ft. or range 20/60 ft., one target. Hit: 4 (1d6 + 8) bludgeoning damage.
Primordial call. Vizeran summons Fire Elemental, Earth Elemental, Water Elemental and Air Elemental in the unoccupied spots he can see within 60 ft.
Will of Tharizdun (1/day). Vizeran targets an elemental he can see within 60ft. It makes a Wisdom saving throw. On fail, it obeys Vizeran's orders for 1 hour.
Minor Conjuration (3/day). Vizeran summons Dust Mephit, Ice Mephit and Magma Mephit, and Steam Mephit in unoccupied space he can see within 60 ft. They obey Vizeran's commans. After 1 hour, they are banished to their original planes of existence.
Cantrip. Vizeran casts a cantrip.
Elemental Compulsion. Vizeran targets an elemental he controls. The elemental can use a reation to muve up to half of their speed and pwerform one action.
Invocation of Elder Eye (2 actions) Evey non-elemental creature within 30 ft of Vizeran makes a Constitution saving throw (DC 21). on fail, they take 2d8 Fire damage, 2d8 Cold damage, 2d8 Ligning damage and 2d8 Force damage and are knocked prone. On success, they take half of the damage.
Lair and Lair Actions
If Vezeran is encountered in the Araj, Tower of Vengeance, it has one of the following effects on initiative count 20 (Vizeran chooses the effect. He can't choose the same one two turns in a row):
Arcane empowerment. Vizeran regains an expended spell slot of level 5 or lower.
Focus spellcasting. A creature of Vizeran's choice has a disadvantage on saving throws against spells until the end of the round.
Bolster allies: Vizeran and all elementals he controls gain 30 temporary hit points.
