Traits
Rotting Charge. If the Rotting Boar moves at least 20 feet straight toward a target and then hits it with a tusk attack on the same turn, the target must succeed on a DC 13 Strength saving throw or be knocked prone. If the target is prone, the Rotting Boar can make an additional tusk attack as a bonus action.
Plague Aura. Any creature that starts its turn within 10 feet of the Rotting Thornhide Boar must make a DC 12 Constitution saving throw or be poisoned for 1 minute. A poisoned creature can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success.
Thornhide. Creatures that hit the boar with a melee attack take 1d6 piercing damage from the infected thorns growing from its hide.
Actions
Rotting Tusks. Melee Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 10 (2d6+4) piercing damage and 5 (1d10) necrotic damage.

Description

Large wild boars covered in thick, thorny bristles. They charge through the underbrush, uprooting plants and leaving behind a trail of destruction. Thornhide Boars are aggressive and difficult to kill, with thick hides that deflect most weapons. The Rotting Plague has left some skin patchy and riddled in boils and rashes, rotting away completely in some instances.
