Magic Resistance. Sceina has advantage on saving throws against spells and other magical effects.
Master Conjurer. Sceina's concentration on conjuration spells can't be broken by damage, and creatures she summons with them have 30 temporary hit points.
Cleric Initiate (1/Day). Sceina can cast Sceina's sanctuary* (save DC 18). This spell is identical to the original, but is not broken upon casting a spell which conjures a creature able to attack. Instead, the spell is suppressed while Sceina is not concentrating on a conjuration spell.
Spellcasting. Sceina is an 18th-level spellcaster. Her spellcasting ability is Intelligence (spell save DC 19, +11 to hit with spell attacks). Sceina can cast disguise self and invisibility at will and has the following wizard spells prepared:
Cantrips (at will): acid splash, light, mage hand, prestidigitation, resistance, shocking grasp, thaumaturgy
1st level (4 slots): absorb elements, detect magic, find familiar, mage armor*, shield, unseen servant
2nd level (3 slots): locate object, mirror image*
3rd level (3 slots): counterspell, glyph of warding, thunder step

6th level (1 slot): chain lightning, contingency (usually "cast thunder step when I take damage while within 5 feet of a hostile creature")
7th level (1 slot): teleport
8th level (1 slot): demiplane
9th level (1 slot): gate
*Sceina casts these spells on herself before combat.
Special Equipment. Sceina has a potion of healing (supreme), a band of loyalty, and a pair of spectacles of night.
Umbra Flood. Ranged Spell Attack: +11 to hit, range 60 ft., one target. Hit: 22 (4d10) force damage, and the target must make a DC 19 Constitution saving throw or be blinded until the start of Sceina's next turn.
Benign Transposition. Sceina teleports up to 60 feet to an unoccupied space she can see. Alternatively, Sceina can choose a space within range that is occupied by a Small or Medium creature. If that creature is willing, they both teleport, swapping places.
Sceina can take 3 legendary actions, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action option can be used at a time and only at the end of another creature’s turn. Sceina regains spent legendary actions at the start of her turn.
Command. A creature under Sceina's control of her choice makes an attack against a creature within its reach.
Vortex Warp. Sceina and a creature of her choice within 60 feet of her magically swap places.
Crushing Depths (Costs 2 Actions). A creature of Sceina's choice is magically teleported under the Elemental Plane of Water briefly before immediately returning. They must make a DC 19 Constitution saving throw. On a failed save, they take 5d10 bludgeoning damage and are deafened, or half as much damage and no deafening on a successful save.
Description
Sceina Silverglow was chosen at a young age by the Keystone of Arcanaloch, Fleur Irelai, to be her apprentice. As Sceina became a fully-fledged mage, she came to believe so deeply in Arcanaloch's supremacy that she believed all lands should be ruled by it. If nothing else, might made right. However, Keystone Irelai disagreed, and assumed it was the end of the matter.
Believing she knew best, Sceina started to use powerful magics to summon and bind an army of demons, hiding them beneath the desert. However, she was discovered by the Belrick family and her plans were foiled. Sceina was captured and sentenced to lifetime imprisonment in Dragonhold across the sea, but her ship was caught midway in a deadly storm. Sceina drowned until she was on the brink of death, and at that moment she was approached by a being that appealed to her pride. Vendrisce, primordial of the depths, offered her her life and, in the future, rulership over all that would remain after his rise if she would serve him, and hungrily Sceina accepted.
Sceina served as a lieutenant in Vendrisce's cult for a decade until the modern day, when she was sent to retrieve vital information from the depths of Arcanaloch's archives: how to inscribe an apparatus of denial. On her return to Arcanaloch, Sceina murdered and replaced the archive's head scribe, Laura Javier.
Roleplaying Sceina Silverglow
