Eye Laser. Eye-Brawl rotates its eye to focus on one creature it can see within 120 feet of it. The creature must make a DC 17 Dexterity saving throw or take 16 (2d10 + 5) force damage
Frightful Gaze. Eye Brawl rotates its eye to focus on a creature it can see within 120 feet of it. The creature must make a DC 18 Wisdom saving throw or become frightened of Eye-Brawl for 1 minute.
Eye-Brawl can take 3 legendary actions, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action option can be used at a time and only at the end of another creature's turn. Eye-Brawl regains spent legendary actions at the start of its turn.
Haymaker. Eye-Brawl makes a haymaker attack.
Eye Laser (Costs 2 Actions). Eye-Brawl uses its eye laser.
Aura of Death (Costs 3 Actions). Eye-Brawl unleashes a vile aura of negative energy. This energy spreads around corners. Each creature within 60 feet of Eye-Brawl must succeed on a DC 23 Constitution saving throw, taking 32 (6d10) necrotic damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.
