Traits

Rapid Healing - On the Flesh Beast's next turn it will be heal 5 D20 up to its maximum health.

Strong Weakness to Fire, Radiant, and Lightning - The Flesh beast can not heal from damage from the stated sources until it takes a Short or Long Rest.

Weakness to Cold and Necrotic - If struck by Cold Damage the Flesh Beast can only heal half of the damage at their next turn and the other half at the turn after that.

Fed UponAny creature that ingests any of the Flesh Beast's body or blood will also begin to grow into similarly corrupted creatures. While not growing into full Flesh Beast's they will grow larger and gain a +10 to perception and passive perception and a +5 to hit and add 2 D6 with any melee attacks it would make, as well as physically changing to look similar to the Flesh Beast with growths of extra limbs and eyes. If the creature's Wisdom or Intelligence score is above 5 then it will drop down to 5.

A creature who is affected by Fed Upon can gain extra jaws to make a singular bite attack into a Multiattack, can gain extra limbs to gain a speed increase, And/Or extra claws to attack more often. Such adaptations are varied and seemingly random. Beasts with pack tactics seem to still be able to follow a pack leader and attack as one, appearing to only grow more vicious and hungry than a normal pack.

Actions

Melee Strike: +5 to hit, reach 10 ft, one target. Hit: 2 D10 Bludgeoning damage.

Grapple & Crush: +7 to hit, reach 10 ft, 1 target. Hit: Target is Grappled and Crushed for 3 D10 Bludgeoning Damage

If at its' next turn the Target is still grappled the Flesh Beast can choose to Crush again as an action and do 3 D10 Bludgeoning damage to the Grappled Creature without needing to roll as the Target is still in the Flesh Beast's Grasp

Description

The Flesh Beast was once a humanoid who drink a very special potion. Brewed to be the strongest ever crafted. Brewed with the most powerful ingredients with the most skilled artisans. A potion much too powerful.

Once drinking the potion the person this monster used to be began to grow. Like an unbelievably rapid cancer. Their body grew to massive proportions, flesh and muscles ripping and healing in the same instant, bones shattering and reforming in just the same. At these rips small legs and arms, sometimes even eyes, would form. The potion still flows in their veins, healing almost all damage that could come across its grotesque purple, bruised hide.

Fire, Radiance, and Lightning burn away the flesh, making healing much harder. the Clod and Necrotic injuries simply slowing the healing it can do. Arrows that pierce its flesh are healed around almost instantly and the slam of a mace doing little more than angering the large Monster.

If this Creature can starve no one knows how long it could take. The potion guaranteeing the Monster's survival even as it leaves the flesh Beast indescribably hungry.

It is unknown where the head and brain could be now, but what could be described as its' face has been ripped across its new body. more like a tear than a mouth opened wide in a lopsided grin. This creature huffing for breath as its body begs for air, suffocating but unable to die once more because of the Potion that caused it to be born.

Its own healing factor making it a great source of food to wildlife like packs of wolves if it were to escape to the wild. These creatures who had feasted upon the beast grow into further putrid Abominations. Some gain extra gaping Maws and others extra limbs and eyes. horrifically somehow speeding up the now corrupted beast.
