Traits

Turning Immunity. Zila is immune to features that turn undead.

Incorporeal Movement. Zila can move through other creatures and objects as if they were difficult terrain. It takes 5 (1d10) force damage if it ends its turn inside an object.

Spider Climb. Zila can climb difficult surfaces, including upside down on ceilings, without needing to make an ability check.

Reaper's Sense. Zila always knows the location of any creature below half hit points, and those creatures can always be attacked.

Life Warded. Once a day when Zila is reduced to 0 hit points or dies, she survives on 1hit point.

Amnemic. Zila has disadvantage on saving throws against exhaustion and sleep.

Legendary Resistance (3/Day). If Zila fails a saving throw, she can choose to succeed instead.

Actions

Multiattack. Zila can make 4 attacks, only one of which can be a bite attack.

Reaping Scythe. Melee Weapon Attack: +17 to hit, reach 5 ft., one creature. Hit: 18 (1d12 + 11) [slashing] damage plus 9 (2d8) radiant damage. Any creature hit by this attack cannot regain hit points for the round, and any creature killed by this attack cannot be revived outside of a Wish spell, or Divine Intervenion.

Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +12 to hit, reach 5 ft., one willing creature, or a creature that is grappled by Zila, incapacitated, or restrained. Hit: 9 (1d6 + 6) piercing damage plus 7 (2d6) necrotic damage. The target's hit point maximum is reduced by an amount equal to the necrotic damage taken, and Zila regains hit points equal to that amount. The reduction lasts until the target finishes a long rest. The target dies if this effect reduces its hit point maximum to 0.

Bonus Actions

Heal (Recharge 6). Zila can focus on themselves healing 1d10 + 20 hit points

Reapers Wings. Zila can sprout bone wings enabling flight.

Reaper's Shape 1/Day. Zila can enter the true form of a reaper, dealing an additional 4d8 radiant damage per hit, In this form Zila also gains 25 hit points when a creature dies within 60ft of her, this can go above her Max hit points, however, she loses all extra hit points upon leaving her reaper form.

Zila is a short Dhampire with blood-red eyes, and pure white hair, who always seems tired, wearing pajamas with a blanket for a cloak.
