Traits

Flyby. The Young Air Wyvern doesn't provoke opportunity attacks when it flies out of an enemy's reach.

Air Mastery. Creatures of size Medium or smaller have disadvantage on attacks made against the elemental while flying.

 

Actions

Multiattack. The elemental makes two claw and one bite attacks.

Claws. Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 10 ft., one creature. Hit: 11 (2d6 + 4) slashing damage. When this attack hits roll a DC 15 Dexterity or Strength saving throw or be knocked prone. 

Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 13 (2d8 + 4) piercing. If the bite hits the target must make a DC 14 Con saving throw or be paralyzed until the end of the Wyvern's next turn.

Storm Breath (Recharge 5–6). The dragon exhales a storm of piercing cold wind in a 15­-foot line that is 5 feet wide. Each creature in that line must make a DC 15 Dexterity saving throw, taking (9) 3d6 lightning damage plus (6) 2d6 cold damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.
