Posted Feb 5, 2025I think they're seriously underestimating the danger of a baboon. Those doglike muzzles are lines in teeth and baboons are close to the size of humans.

Posted Mar 18, 2025They are definitely threats to people, though in the scale of a world with fantastical creatures and magic, they aren't really inclined to put much detail to what is just an ordinary animal. Though, it is kinda stupid that its possible for a commoner to be compared to one of these guys. Not saying that human physiology in weight and musculature is on par (because we win that discussion) but the truth is gnashing jaws with two big ol canines is going to win against an average person without the courage to face a shrieking and flailing wild animal willing to fight tooth and nail to survive. But their implementation is for the sole purpose of big hordes of monkeys, which is a gross simplification of what they do in real life.

Posted Oct 15, 2025I think this little bloke could be one of the best familiars in the game. Just think of all the utilize actions he can take in combat. Also, the pack tactics WOULD work when you channel touch spells through the familiar in combat.
