Rampage (1/Day). Immediately after dealing damage to a creature that was already Bloodied, the hyena can move up to half its Speed, and it makes one Bite attack.

Rampage was severely nerfed for these guys. It used to be bonus action each time with no limit, but only when reducing a target to 0 hp. Now, it's a once per day thing and it only works against bloodied targets.
I'll stick with the old one. There'll be no fusion here.
Eh, it's fine really.
It no longer has to reduce a creature to 0hp, it only has to damage a bloodied creature.
Characters going against this monster are much more likely to face the Rampage than they were previously, making it a much bigger threat - where there's a fair chance it never came up at all before unless players got reduced to 0hp.
One/day keeps it balanced for druids, and is probably all that's really needed for them as an opponent, which hopefully is not dropping party members to 0 repeatedly to make use of the old version.
