Traits

Tree Stride.   Once on her turn, the zombie dryad can use 10 feet of her movement to step magically into one living tree within her reach and emerge from a second living tree within 60 feet of the first tree, appearing in an unoccupied space within 5 feet of the second tree.  Both trees must be large or bigger:

Regeneration: The zombie dryad regains 10 hit points at the start of its turn.  If the zombie dryad takes fire damage or radiant damage, this trait doesn't function at the start of the zombie dryad's next turn.  The zombie dryad dies only if it starts its turn with 0 hit points and doesn't regenerate.

 

 Undead Fortitude. If damage reduces the zombie dryad to 0 hit points, it must make a Constitution saving throw with a DC of 5 + the damage taken, unless the damage is radiant or from a critical hit. On a success, the zombie dryad drops to 1 hit point instead.

Actions

Multiattack. The zombie dryad makes two Vine Lash Attacks and one Slam attack .

 Vine Lash. Melee Weapon Attack:  +7 to hit, reach 10 ft.  One target.  Hit. 13 (2d8+4) slashing damage.

Slam. Melee Weapon Attack: +3 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 4 (1d6 + 1) bludgeoning damage.

Wicked Vines (Recharge 5-6):  Melee Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, reach 10 ft, one target. Hit.  The target is grappled by thorny, burning vines (escape DC16) and takes 8 (1d8+4) piercing damage plus 2 (1d4) necrotic damage.  Until this grapple ends, the creature is restrained and takes damage automatically at the start of each of the zombie dryad's turns.   The vines can be destroyed (15 hit points, AC 13).

Description

Undead zombie dryads move with a jerky, uneven gait. They are covered in decaying moss, and their bark is covered in mold.   They carry the stench of decay. 

They are rarely found alone as their roots poison the ground around them and infect the surrounding woods.
