Damage Transfer. While it is grappling a creature, Admiral Vorga takes only half the damage dealt to him, and the creature grappled by Admiral Vorga takes the other half.

Grappler.  Admiral Vorga has advantage on attack rolls against any creature grappled by him.

Pirate Tactics.  Admiral Vorga has advantage on an attack roll against a creature if at least one of Admiral Vorga's allies is within 5 feet of the creature and the ally isn't incapacitated.

Treacherous Opportunist.  Admiral Vorga has advantage on the attack rolls of opportunity attacks. 

Multiattack. Admiral Vorga makes two shortsword attacks or one Cursed greatsword or Hand Crossbow attack.

Shortsword. Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 7 (1d6 + 3) slashing damage plus 3 (2d6) lightning damage, and Admiral Vorga can, as a Bonus Action, use the weapon's attack as leverage to grapple the target. If the target succeeds on a DC 13 Dexterity saving throw, it escapes. On a failure, the target is grappled.

Cursed Longsword. Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 8 (1d8 + 3) slashing damage plus 6 (2d6) lightning damage, and the target must succeed on a DC 13 Wisdom saving throw or become cursed. While cursed, the target can't regain hit points and must repeat the saving throw at the start of each round. Only a remove curse spell or similar magic can relieve the accursed target from its suffering, granting it resistance on its next saving throws against another Cursed Longsword attack.

Deadly Hand Crossbow. Ranged Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, range 30/120 ft., one target. Hit: 8 (1d8 + 3) piercing damage plus 6 (2d6) lightning damage.

Accursed Vanishing Strike (Recharge 5-6). Admiral Vorga makes one Cursed Greatsword attack. After the attack hits or misses, Admiral Vorga can teleport up to 60 feet to an unoccupied space it can see. 

Reposition. Admiral Vorga issues orders to one ally he can see within 30 feet of the captain. If the target can see or hear the captain, it can spend its reaction to move up to its speed. This movement doesn't provoke opportunity attacks.

Menacing Rally (2/Day). Whenever a friendly creature within 30 feet of Admiral Vorga that can hear it misses with an attack, the captain can yell perilous threats to allow that creature to reroll the attack roll.
