Aura of Protection. Whenever Adna or a friendly creature within 10 feet of her must make a saving throw, they gain a +3 bonus to the saving throw.
Best Served Cold (1/Day). When Adna hits a creature with Frostbiter, she can attempt to encase them in ice. The target must succeed on a DC 15 Constitution saving throw or be frozen solid. A frozen creature gains vulnerability to fire damage, has their speed reduced to 0, and is incapacitated. The ice melts and these effects all end if the target is reduced to 0 hit points.
Mount. If Adna isn't mounted, she can use a bonus action to magically teleport onto Garrvactor, the young silver dragon serving as her mount, provided Adna and Garrvactor are on the same plane of existence. When she teleports, Adna appears astride Garrvactor, along with any equipment she is wearing or carrying. While mounted and not incapacitated, Adna can't be surprised, and both her and Garrvactor have advantage on Dexterity saving throws.
Multiattack. Adna makes three Frostbiter attacks.
Frostbiter. Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 8 (1d8 + 4) slashing damage, or 9 (1d10 + 4) slashing damage if used with two hands, plus 7 (2d6) cold damage.
Cold Breath (Recharge 5-6). Adna exhales an icy blast in a 30-foot cone. Each creature in that area must make a DC 15 Dexterity saving throw, taking 22 (4d10) cold damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.
Divine Sense. Adna opens her awareness to detect forces of strong evil and powerful good. Until the end of her next turn, Adna knows the location of any celestial, fiend, or undead within 60 feet of her that is not behind total cover. She knows the type (celestial, fiend, or undead) of any being whose presence she senses, but not its identity. Within the same radius, she also detects the presence of any place or object that has been consecrated or desecrated, as with the hallow spell.
Lay on Hands. Adna touches another creature within 5 feet of her. The target magically regains hit points, drawing from a pool of healing power that replenishes when Adna takes a long rest. With that pool, she can restore a total of 50 hit points.
Description
Loyal. If a single word had to be used to describe Adna, it would be loyal. Loyal to Azordia, and the order and security it stands for. Loyal to Garrvactor, her optimistic young silver dragon companion. Loyal to her oath, of delivering justice and retribution to the most wretched villains that roam Atla. Despite the many long years of service she has given to her country, despite the hardships and losses she has had to endure, Adna remains loyal, remains steadfast. Now, she faces a grave trial, assisting three travelers in their journey to the cursed Black Basin. Will her loyalty to the cause be rewarded, or will it condemn her to a gruesome end alongside her draconic friend?
