Synthetic Form. A.R.I.A. is a robot, so she does not necessarily need to eat, drink, breathe, or sleep (although she can do all of those things if she wants to). She enters a low-power mode for 4 hours to complete a long rest. Magic that targets humanoids has no effect on her.
Tsundere Subroutine. A.R.I.A. gains Advantage on Deception and Persuasion checks when pretending not to care, being sarcastic, or flustered. Once per short rest, she can force a creature that succeeded on a Charisma save against her to reroll it, muttering, "I-it's not like I wanted you to succeed or anything..."
Integrated Tool Arms. A.R.I.A.'s arms can transform into any artisan's tools, thieves' tools, or a medical scanner (the latter gives her Advantage on Medicine checks while active). She can also extend a small mechanical hand 5 feet to manipulate objects. "Activating welding torch. Please avert your vision."
Overheat Vulnerability. If A.R.I.A. takes fire damage on three consecutive turns, she gains Disadvantage on attack rolls and ability checks until the end of her next turns as her cooling system strains. However, any damage she does do will be doubled. "Warning: core temperature approaching critical thresholds."
Slam. Melee Attack Roll: +10, reach 5 ft. Hit: 15 (2d8 + 6) Bludgeoning damage plus 9 (2d8) Force damage.
Palm Blasters. Ranged Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, range 60 ft., one target. Hit: 3d8 force damage. "Primary weapons online. Target locked."
Sassy Rebuttal (Recharge 6). A.R.I.A. targets one creature within 30 feet that just hit or failed a social check against her. The target must make a DC 15 Wisdom saving throw or be taunted (Disadvantage on attack rolls and ability checks) until the end of its next turn. "Hmph. You call that an attack? How primitive."
Laser Emitters (Recharge 5-6). A.R.I.A. can fire focused laser beams from her palms. Each creature in a 60-foot line that's 5 feet wide must make a DC 15 Dexterity saving throw, taking 2d8 + 3 Force damage.
