Flight orb. Though wingless, t'ien lungs can fly magically due to a magic yellow pearl embedded in their brains. If removed from the dragon, this pearl loses its magic but is still worth 1,000 gp. The dragon can cease or resume flight as a free action.
Control weather (8/day). The t'ien lung makes an effect identical to the spell control weather.
Magic Resistance. The t'ien lung has advantage on saving throws against spells and other magical effects.
Amphibious. The t'ien lung can breathe air and water.
Detect thoughts. The t'ien lung is constantly detecting the thoughts of creatures within 20ft of them. See the spell of the same name if a creature attempts to resist.
Alternate form. Lung dragons can assume any humanoid form of Small to Large size as a standard action. This ability is similar to the polymorph spell but allows only humanoid forms. Whilst in this form they have advantage on all checks to hide their true self.
Innate Spellcasting. The young t'ien lung's innate spellcasting ability is Wisdom (spell save DC 17). The young t'ien lung can innately cast the following spells, requiring no material components:

Multi attack. The young t'ien lung makes a bite and two claw attacks.
Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +11 to hit, reach 10 ft., 1 target. Hit: 11 (1d8 + 7) piercing damage plus 6 (2d6) fire damage.
Claw. Melee Weapon Attack: +11 to hit, reach 5 ft., 1 target. Hit: 10 (1d6 + 7) slashing damage.
Fire breath (Recharges 5/6). The young t'ien lung exhales a blast of flame in a 40ft cone. Each creature within the radius must make a dc 17 Dexterity saving throw or take 40 (8d10) fire damage, Half damage on a successful save.
