Traits

Magic Resistance. The seraph has advantage against on spells and magical effects.

Alien Mind. If a creature tries to read the seraph mind or deal psychic damage to it Intelligence Saving Throw: DC 26. Failure: The target is stunned until the end of its next turn.

Regeneration.  The seraph regains 50 hit points at the start of its turn.

Legendary Resistance (6/day). When it rolls an attack role, ability check and saving throw, it can use a legendary resistance to roll additional d20 after learning the result.

Frightening Visions. Any creature entering or starting there turn 15 ft from the seraph, they must make Wisdom Saving Throw: DC 26. Failure: creature is frightened while frightened they have 0 movement until the start of the seraph next turn.

 

Actions

Multiattack. The seraph makes two mind sawing blades attacks and uses one kazoku abilities.

Mind Sawing Blade. Melee Weapon Attack: +16 to hit, reach 10 ft., 1 target. Hit: (4d6 + 8) Slashing damage plus (8d8) psychic damage .

Kazoku Abilities. The seraph uses one of the following abilities of its choice.  These abilities are powered by avatars of the members of the guardians of the world (except Uriel). The Seraph can have 2 avatars out at a time, and if one his destroyed he loses a legendary action and loses 50 hp. Each of avatar has 120 hp and 22 ac and shares the same resistances of the seraph. If the avatars takes psychic damage the seraph takes half the damage the avatar takes. 

(Uriel) Void Smite. The seraph sends a meteor from the void 150 feet in a point it can see and a 40 ft radius explosion erupts, each creature takes (10d6) psychic damage and (10d6) bludgeoning damage. Dexterity Saving Throw: DC 26. Success: the target takes half damage.

(Uriel) Slaying Bow. Dexterity Saving Throw: DC 26, one creature it can see 300 ft. Failure: If the creature has less then 100 hp or fewer, it dies. it other wise takes (4d8 +6) piercing damage plus (8d8) radiant damage.    

(Jester) Blinding Stare. Each creature in a 60 ft cone emanating from the seraph must make Constitution Saving Throw: DC 26. Failure: (6d8) radiant damage, and the target is blinded until the end of there turn. Success: Half damage, and are not blinded.

(Jester) Summon Echoes. The seraph summons 3 echoes. When the seraph is successfully targeted by an attack roll 1d6, if its 3 or higher one of the duplicates is targeted.

(Authority)  Divine Authority.  30 ft emanation centered on the seraph, each creature must make Constitution Saving Throw: DC 26. (6d8) radiant damage, Success:  half damage. Until the end of its next turn, all Mind Sawing Blade attacks deal maximum damage.

(Authority) Storm of Slashing Shadow.  Each creature in a 30 ft emanation centered on the seraph are hit by a Mind Sawing Blade attack. Dexterity Saving Throw: DC 26. Success: Half Damage. 

(Love) Domination. Target it can see 120 ft Wisdom Saving Throw: DC 26. Failure: The target is charmed for 1 minute or until the target takes damage.

(Love) Mind-Shattering Whisper. Target it can see 120 ft Intelligence Saving Throw: DC 26. Failure: (8d8) psychic damage, the target is unable to cast spells, take a magic action, or activate a magic item until the end of its next turn. Success: Half damage.

(Creator) Psyche-Reconstruction. Target it can see 120 ft Wisdom Saving Throw: DC 26. Failure: (9d10) psychic damage, if this damage reduces the target to 0 hp, it dies and transforms into star spawn appropriate to the target. Success: Half damage.

(Creator) Body Reinforcement.  The Seraph changes its flesh to a harder material giving him an AC of 30 until the end of his next turn.

(Dreadmora) Warping Implosion.  The Seraph teleports 120 ft he can see, all creature in a 60 ft emanation centered from the original location of the seraph must make Strength Saving Throw: DC 26. Failure: (5d10) force damage and his pulled and the center. Success: Half damage.    

(Dreadmora) Flight of the Damned. Each creature in  120 ft cone originating from the seraph must make Constitution Saving Throw: DC 26. Failure: (8d8) necrotic damage and his frightened until the start of the seraph next turn. Success: Half damage.


 

Bonus Actions

Shift Kazoku. The seraph can move active avatars up to 60 ft, it can also swap places with one avatar.

Divine Aid. The seraph casts Cure Wounds (level 3 version), Lesser Restoration, or Remove Curse.

 

Reactions

Parry. If the seraph is hit by an attack, it can add +6 ac possibly causing the attack to  miss.

Counterattack. If a target misses an attack, he can use Mind Sawing Blade attack against the target.

 

Legendary Actions

Legendary Action Uses: 5. Immediately after another creature's turn, the seraph can expend uses and take one of the following options. The seraph loses a legendary action when an avatar dies. The seraph regains all uses at the beginning of its turn. 

Kazoku Abilities. The seraph can use one of his active avatars abilities, Once used they cant activate the same avatar abilities until the start of his next turn.

Rend Reality. Each creature within 10 feet of the seraph Constitution Saving Throw: DC 26. Failure: (5d12) force damage and gain 1 level of exhaustion. The seraph cant use this action until the start of its next turn.

Kazoku Swap. The seraph can swap an avatar with another.

Mind Sawing Blade. The seraph makes a mind sawing blade attack.

 

Description

The Oblivion Seraph is an aberration was created by Tharizdun The Chained Oblivion. This creature his a entity with many minds and memories, memories of the guardians of the world. All versions of them through out the multiverse are brought together with the help of a beacon to create one entity. 

The Kazoku Mechanics.

The Seraph has 4 avatars that he can summon: Jester, Authority, Love, Creator, and Dreadmora. It can have 2 avatars fighting with him at a time, and while an avatar his summoned the seraph gets to use there abilities. The Avatars have 120 hp and 22 ac, they share the same resistances or effects that the seraph has. When an avatar takes psychic damage, the seraph takes half the amount the avatar took. If an avatar dies the seraph takes 50 damage, loses 1 legendary action, and loses the resistances and traits granted by the avatar.

Uriel: Resistance to Radiant, Fire, Restrained, and Stunned / Traits Divine Aid 

Authority:  Resistance to Slashing, Bludgeoning, Piercing, and Stunned / Traits Counterattack, and -2d8 psychic damage. 

Jester: Resistance to Blinded, and Grappled / Traits Frightening Visions, and -2d8 psychic damage.

Love: Resistance to Charmed, and Frightened / Traits Regeneration, and -2 DC.

Creator: Resistance to Force, and Paralyzed / Traits Parry, and -2 DC.

Dreadmora: Resistance to Psychic, and Necrotic / Traits Magic Resistance, and -2 DC.       

Lair and Lair Actions

Lair Actions

On initiative count 20 (losing initiative ties), the oblivion seraph takes a lair action to cause one of the following effects:

  • Swap Avatars, can summon an avatar 60 ft to a point it can see.
  • Each creature 5 ft from material must make Dexterity Saving Throw: DC 26. Failure: The creature is restrained until the next lair action.
  • A creature of the seraph choice must make a contested arcana check. Failure: The creature loses concentration, and gain 1 level of exhaustion

Regional Effects

The oblivion seraph can create a pocket plane trapping any creature it can see in its domain. Tharanoxiel domain is the floating city Zemniaz (Thrones) but the material is made flesh and eyes and skin tissue. Its floating in the astral sea, and following it is Exandria turned into a entity a Titan of flesh. A vision of its full potential.
