Snow Camouflage
The Abdominal Snow Man has advantage on Dexterity (Stealth) checks made to hide in snowy or icy terrain.
Freezing Presence
Creatures that start their turn within 10 feet of the Abdominal Snow Man must succeed on a DC 14 Constitution save or have their movement speed reduced by 10 ft until the start of their next turn.
Chilled Musculature
The creature’s torso is unnaturally packed with ice-infused muscle.
It adds +2 to the damage rolls of its melee attacks (already included).
Grasp of the Glacial Core
The Abdominal Snow Man’s grappled target takes 5 (1d10) cold damage at the start of each of its turns.
Multiattack
The Abdominal Snow Man makes two attacks: one with its Ice-Clawed Slam and one with Abdominal Crush, or two Ice-Clawed Slams.
Ice-Clawed Slam
Melee Weapon Attack: +8 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target.
Hit: 15 (2d8+6) bludgeoning + 4 (1d8) cold damage.
Abdominal Crush
Melee Weapon Attack: +8 to hit, reach 5 ft., one Medium or smaller target.
Hit: 10 (1d10+5) bludgeoning damage, and the target must succeed on a DC 16 Strength saving throw or be grappled (escape DC 16).
While grappled, the target is restrained, and the Abdominal Snow Man cannot crush another target.
Frost Breath (Recharge 5–6)
The Abdominal Snow Man exhales a blasting cone of super-chilled air.
-
15-ft. cone
-
Creatures must make a DC 14 Con save
-
Failed: 27 (6d8) cold damage and speed reduced to 0 until end of their next turn
-
Success: Half damage and no speed reduction
Frost-Roar of Terror
The Abdominal Snow Man unleashes a chest-rattling roar, the sound amplified through its massive icy torso.
Each creature of the Abdominal Snow Man’s choice within 20 feet that can hear it must succeed on a DC 14 Wisdom saving throw or become Frightened until the end of the Snow Man’s next turn.
A creature that succeeds on the save is immune to this ability for 24 hours.
.
Icy Rebound
When a creature misses the Abdominal Snow Man with a melee attack, it may use its reaction to impose DC 14 Dex save on that creature. On a failure, the attacker slips on suddenly formed ice and falls prone.

Description
The Abdominal Snow Man is a terrifying winter predator — not to be confused with a traditional yeti.
This beast has a barrel-like torso of sculpted, icy muscle, capable of crushing prey with a ribcage of frozen iron.
It wanders mountain passes and tundras, hunting intruders and defending territory with brutal strength.
Lair and Lair Actions
1. Sudden Blizzard Burst
A swirling blast of snow erupts from cracks in the frozen cavern.
All creatures of the Snow Man’s choice within 30 feet must succeed on a DC 13 Constitution saving throw or:
-
Take 5 (1d10) cold damage
-
Have disadvantage on their next attack roll before the end of their next turn
2. Freezing Floor Trap
The ground within a 15-foot radius centered on a point the Snow Man can see becomes slick ice.
Creatures in the area must make a DC 14 Dexterity saving throw or fall prone.
The area becomes difficult terrain until the next round.
3. Ice Pillar Eruption
Jagged shards of ice thrust upward from the ground beneath a creature the Snow Man can see.
Target must make a DC 15 Dexterity saving throw or take:
-
7 (2d6) piercing damage
-
4 (1d8) cold damage
On a success, they take half damage and are not pushed.
On failure, they are also pushed 10 feet in a direction of the Snow Man’s choice.
4. Call of the Frozen Dead
(Use only once per combat.)
Frozen corpses embedded in the cavern walls briefly animate.
Up to 2 Frost Wights (use Wight stats but deal cold damage instead of necrotic) emerge and act on initiative count 10.
They crumble into ice shards after 3 rounds or when reduced to 0 HP.
5. Fog of the Glacial Core
The Snow Man exhales a chilling mist that spreads across the battlefield.
A 20-foot-radius sphere becomes heavily obscured until initiative count 20 of the next round.
Creatures starting their turn inside take 3 (1d6) cold damage.
6. Echoing Torso-Rumble
The Snow Man flexes its enormous abdominal mass, producing a thunderous vibration through the ice.
Each creature standing on ice or packed snow must make a DC 14 Constitution saving throw or:
-
Take 6 (2d6) thunder damage
-
Be deafened until the start of their next turn
