Slimy Coating. Thanks to a special coating of mucus, visceral carnimorphs have an advantage against players attempting to grapple it.
Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, reach 5 ft., one creature. Hit: 5 (1d6 + 2) piercing damage, and the target must make a DC 11 Constitution saving throw, taking 10 (3d6) acid damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.
Constrict. Melee Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, reach 5 ft., one creature. Hit: 6 (1d8 + 2) bludgeoning damage, and the target is grappled (escape DC 14). Until this grapple ends, the creature is restrained, and the carnimorph can't constrict another target.
Acid Blast. The carnimorph sprays acid in a 30-foot line that is 5 feet wide. Each creature in that line must make a DC 14 Dexterity saving throw, taking 49 (11d8) acid damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.
Description
Once a failed experiment in necromancy, the carnimorph is now little more than writhing piles of flesh and organs. Each seeks out a single goal in life, but their desire varies heavily depending on what part they came from.
Resembling a massive flayed snake attached to a disembodied pair of jaws, the visceral carnimorph's only wish in life is to feed constantly. They wrap around their prey like pythons, holding them tightly to ensure they can't escape. Once the victim is secured, they spew acid down their throat, digesting them from the inside out.
