Brandeshing a Knife. Melee or Ranged Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 5 ft. or range 20/60 ft., one target. Hit: 6(1d4+3) piercing damage.
Actual Cannibal. Melee Weapon Attack: +8 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 7(1d4+4) necrotic damage. The cannibal regains a number of hit points equal to half this damage.
Death in His Eyes (recharge 5-6). The cannibal stares down its prey, paralyzing them with fear. One creature within 30 ft. that can see the cannibal must make a DC 16 Wisdom saving throw or be paralyzed for one minute. A paralyzed creature may reattempt this save at the end of each of its turns to end this effect early.
Your Leg, It's Caught In a Bear Trap. The cannibal sets a Hunting Trap.
He Gets Down on All Fours. The cannibal drops to all fours and bursts into a sprint as a bonus action. Until the begining of its next turn, the cannibal's speed is doubled, but it cannot make any Sharpening an Axe or Brandeshing a Knife attacks.
