Surprise. Ten minutes after being reduced to 0 hit points the cannibal returns to life and reains 45 (10d8) hit points. The cannibal cannot use this ability if its head is removed or its body is completely destroyed.

Multiattack. The cannibal can make three attacks using its Sharpening an Axe, Brandeshing a Knife, or Actual Cannibal attacks.

Sharpening an Axe. Melee Weapon Attack: +8 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 11 (1d8 + 6) slashing damage. 

Brandeshing a Knife. Melee or Ranged Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 5 ft. or range 20/60 ft., one target. Hit: 6(1d4+3) piercing damage.

Actual Cannibal. Melee Weapon Attack: +8 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 7(1d4+4) necrotic damage. The cannibal regains a number of hit points equal to half this damage.

Death in His Eyes (recharge 5-6). The cannibal stares down its prey, paralyzing them with fear. One creature within 30 ft. that can see the cannibal must make a DC 16 Wisdom saving throw or be paralyzed for one minute. A paralyzed creature may reattempt this save at the end of each of its turns to end this effect early.

Your Leg, It's Caught In a Bear Trap. The cannibal sets a Hunting Trap.

He Gets Down on All Fours. The cannibal drops to all fours and bursts into a sprint as a bonus action. Until the begining of its next turn, the cannibal's speed is doubled, but it cannot make any Sharpening an Axe or Brandeshing a Knife attacks.
