4th level (3 slots): darkfire, blight, summon greater demon
5th level (3 slots): control lava, hold monster, negative energy flood, dance macabre, infernal calling
6th level (2 slots): circle of death, investiture of flames, circle of death, soul cage
7th level (2 slots): finger of death, crown of stars (deals fire damage instead), plane shift (self only), power word pain
8th level (2 slots): aging, dominate monster, demiplane, power word stun
9th level (1 slot): into chaos, black hole, a call beyond
devilish commander: viserion can give a fiend any verbal command and the fiend has to obey to said command
legendary resistance (3/long rest): whenever viserion fails a saving throw he can choose to succeed instead
unholy healing: whenever viserion takes necrotic damage it instead heals him for the damage dealt. and if viserion ever consumes a small dose of blood he heals for 1d6 health
conjure black demons: every creature within a 15 foot area must make a dc 19 dexterity saving throw or take 20(4d10) piercing damage
blood curse: Melee Weapon Attack: +13 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 20 (2d12 + 10) necrotic damage. on a hit the target must make a wisdom saving throw or lose 1 point of constitution. when the target reaches 0 constitution it dies
claws. Melee Weapon Attack: +12 to hit, reach 5 ft., 1 target. Hit: 10(5d4) slashing damage and 10(5d4) necrotic damage
bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +12 to hit, reach 5 ft., 1 target. Hit: 13 (3d8 + 2) piercing damage and 8 (2d6 + 4) necrotic damage which heals viserion for said damage
blood slash: RangedWeapon Attack: +11 to hit, range 120 ft., 4 target. Hit: 12 (2d10 + 5) slashing damage.
infernal destruction: if viserion ever gets struck by a spell which deals necrotic or fire damage he can return the spell onto the caster
chaotic magic: whenever viserion casts a spell it rolls a d100 and if it is a 10 or bellow he targets himself 11-50 targets the wrong target, 51-98 targets the intended target and 99-100 targets all enemies
viserion has 3 legendary actions and regainst 2 at the start of each of his turns
