Protean Anatomy. Immediately after the voidworm takes fire, acid, lightning, cold, poison, or thunder damage, its anatomy shifts so that it gains resistance to that damage type for one hour or until it takes damage from one of the other listed types, in which case the resistance changes to that type. In addition, if at the end of its turn the voidworm is blinded or deafened, it removes that condition as new organs grow to replace the compromised ones.

Innate Spellcasting. The voidworms innate spellcasting ability is Charisma (spell save DC 11). The voidworm can innately cast the following spells, requiring no material components.

1/day each: fog cloud, prestidigitation, dancing lights

Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, reach 5 ft, one creature. Hit:  7 (1d6+4) piercing damage and the target must succeed on a DC 11 Wisdom save or experience a random effect from the table below until the start of the voidworms next turn. Roll 1d6 to determine the effect.

1. The target is knocked prone as their personal gravity shifts to the side.

2. The air around the target grows thick and viscous, and their movement speed is decreased by 10 feet.

3. The targets limbs spasm and warp randomly, and they gain disadvantage on all ability checks.

4. The target ponders the infinite mysteries of the universe and is incapacitated and gains 2d6 temporary hit points. The temporary hit points disappear at the start of the voidworms next turn.

5. The target is entranced by the voidworm's beauty, and is charmed by it

6. The target ripples with scintillating colors. All attacks against the target have advantage.
