Actions

Multiattack. The goblin fire eater makes two attacks with its bladed chain.

Bladed Chain. Melee Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 7 (1d6 + 4) slashing damage.

Spew Flame (Recharge 4–6). The goblin fire eater exhales flames. Each creature in a 15-foot cone must make a DC 13 Dexterity saving throw, taking 9 (2d8) fire damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.

 

Description

A looter and (accidental?) arsonist.
Since goblins can see in the dark, they have not much use for lamp oil.
However, being crafty and mischievous, they usually find other usages for the things they "borrow".

Loot. Roll d6. They have that many SP. On a 3-5, they also have an intact oil flask. On a 6, the bladed chain can be salvaged as a whip.

This character is a Fire Eater (from Ravnica: rakdos-performer) with the Goblin template applied. I have also added the Blade Juggler, the Thug and the Scout. The goal here was to provide more varied goblin characters to use in a goblin camp/lair/warren.
