Poisoned targets take an extra 1d6 poison damage at the start of each turn in addition to effects in PH. They can repeat the saving throw at end of each turn.
Claws. Melee Weapon Attack: +8 to hit, reach 5 ft., 1 target. Hit: 15 (2d10 +5) slashing damage.
Tail Spikes. RangedWeapon Attack: +4 to hit, range 25/75 ft., Up to 3 targets in a cone . Hit: 14 (4d6 + 2) [Piercing] damage. Targets must make a Dexterity Saving Throw (DC 14). Targets take half damage on a successful save. Recharge 5-6.
