Evasion. When the Yurei is subjected to an effect that requires it to make a Dexterity saving throw, the Yurei takes no damage on a success, and half on a failure.
Fragile Containment. Each time the Yurei takes piercing damage, it begins to leak essence and takes 2 (1d4) force damage at the start of each of its turns.
Preternatural Reflexes. The Yurei can take the dash, disengage, or dodge action as a bonus action.
Multiattack. The Yurei makes three attacks with its negative blade.
Negative Blade. Melee Weapon Attack: +14to hit, reach 5ft., one target. Hit: 15 (1d8 + 10) slashing damage plus 27 (6d8) necrotic damage.
Parry. The Yurei adds 4 to its AC against a melee weapon attack.
Description
Few creatures are as feared on the battlefield as Yurei. These wraiths move with lightning speed, covering vast distances in an instant, and the slightest injury from one of their cursed blades is enough to bring instant death.
Antilife Origins. When a powerful evil needs a terrifying soldier, it will take one of its mortal champions and throw it into the annihilating reality of the negative energy plane. Sometimes, a Yurei will emerge, ready to unflinchingly serve its master.
Barely Contained Essence. Yurei are made up of energy from the negative energy plane. The only thing stopping this energy from returning from whence it came is a thin magical membrane that forms the rough outline of a humanoid. Damage to this membrane will cause the essence to leak out, destroying the Yurei in a matter of minutes.
Master Swordsman. In addition to their unbelievable speeds, Yurei are experts in martial combat. This combination means that most encounters with a Yurei consist of the wraith striking a single lethal blow against their opponent before they can react. Those who can fend of its initial strike are in for the most difficult duel of their life.
This one has the speed on it.
Concept of the Yurei is originally from Old Elven Homebrewing, I just posted the Yurei on DND Beyond.

Thanks, I was looking for this specific one to use for a campaign. One of my void walking characters is scared of it and will likely have to face a few trying to escape while also being hit with a small anti-magic field around him to start.
