Inquisitor/Ranger (UA).
Inquisitor (Homebrew Rogue with cleric spells - ala Arcane Trickster.) As a class feature, I get to add Wis Mod (+5) on top of Dex Mod (+6) for Init (+11). And with the UA Ranger, I get advantage on Init rolls. I almost ALWAYS go first. It's loveley :)
