due to being biologically a baby, you have a companion that does not die, doesn't participate in battle, and will unfortunately take you from battle and to a safe place if your hit points gets too low. this companion eats for two since this companion is your birthmother and obviously babies eat you know what. this companion is the same species as your true creature form. this companion looks like a female version of you in looks alone. this is another part of being a ghostborn baby in that your parent follows you on your adventure.

note: this parent like companion has a love and hate relationship with you. on the one hand, she hates you in the fact that you forced her to literally rebirth you and on the other hand her maternal feelings are emotionally too strong for her to just abandon you easily. so she feels trapped and continuously tortured. it is obviously a horrible experience for the birth mother to feel that way at all.

Using your flying speed can easily be dangerous because your dungeon master can rationally say, "the wind is too strong for you, roll a 1d6 to see if you get hurt or not when you hit the ground." when you try to use your flying speed. so just because a species gives you a flying speed, it doesn't mean you should use your flying speed. flying speed and burrowing speeds are overly powerful speeds but they both can be super dangerous for you as a D&D player if you use them in a D&D session. however story wise flying speeds and burrowing speeds can be needed in certain D&D campaigns (an example is that if you were doing a D&d campaign based on peter pan movie, you would need your players to have a flying speed in order for your players to get from London to Neverland.).
