You create a chrono-spacial disturbance centered on a point within range. Select the Haste or Slow effect when you cast this spell. For the duration, any creature in the area of the spell gains the benefit, or detriment, of the selected spell as long as they are inside the area. They lose this effect immediately upon leaving the spell's area.
Also, as the differing speeds of movement and action make it difficult to aim ranged weapons in and out of the field, creatures using a ranged weapon to attack from inside the field out or from the outside in make the roll with disadvantage.

Oh, this one is cool. The ranged thing makes, although...wouldn't it not be harder to hit someone who is moving slower than you are? E.G. if I'm in a haste field, and I'm looking out at people moving much more slowly, wouldn't it be easier for me to aim at them? Once my arrow leaves the field, it'll be moving at normal speeds relative to them, but it won't be moving slower. Similarly, hitting someone in a slow field seems like it would be easier too. Anyway, even as written, this is a really cool spell. Nice job.
I see it as the inability to compensate for the different movement rates no matter who's faster or slower. Like trying to aim into water where the light refracts differently.
