if you are on a bridge you say the spells name and slam the staff on the ground and the part of the bridge in front of you will clasps no madder what. 

all entitles will fall and take 2D6 damage. 

at level 15 takes 6D3 and if in the middle or end of the bridge if you want to the inter bridge will fall.

at level 20 take 10D3
