You point at a target, speaking a magical phrase, the target needs to make a charisma save against your spell save or become banished for 3 rounds, returning at the end of your turn that round.  During that time, the target is banished to the deepest abyss of the oceans (the target is stunned while banished), the target takes 1d6 cold damage.

At higher spell levels, the damage dealt increases by 1d6 per spell level.
