Until the spell ends, ice rimes your body, and you gain the following benefits:
-
You are immune to cold damage and have resistance to fire damage.
-
You gain a fly (hover) speed of 50 feet.
-
You can use your action to fire a bolt of ice from your spellcasting focus. Make a ranged spell attack against a target. On hit, the target takes 5d8 cold damage and begins freezing. A freezing target must make a Constitution saving throw against your spell save DC at the beginning of its next turn or be encased in ice. While encased in ice, a creature is treated as restrained. A frozen creature may repeat the saving throw at the beginning of each of its turns to free itself from the ice.
When the spell ends, either after 1 minute, after you lose concentration, or when you end it as an action, a shockwave of energy spreads from you in a radius of 60 feet. Any creature that is encased in ice within that radius is shattered apart, taking 10d6 cold damage and being released from the ice.
