Designed by the wizard Cain as part of his transmutation spell experiments to amplify combat abilities and speed, it has severe side effects, the spell amplifies the speed and reflexes of the target to superhuman levels for a short time but at a steep, potentially lethal, cost.
Until the spell ends, the target base speed is increased to 500*, you treat vertical surfaces as difficult terrain, gain a +3* bonus to AC, and have advantage on Dexterity saving throws, all attacks against the target are at disadvantage and the target does not provoke opportunity attacks, attack rolls are made at advantage, the targets melee attacks deal an extra 3d10* force damage, and the target gains one additional standard action per turn.
The target takes 6d6* force damage at the start of each of their turns.
When the spell ends, the target is incapacitated for one minute*, as a wave of lethargy sweeps over them and they suffer from 2 levels of exhaustion* from the strain of the spell on their body. This spell can be ended with a bonus action on the caster's turn.
Combination magic effects:
*Spell bonuses and penalties double if the target is under the effect of Haste cast using a spell slot of 8th level or higher.
*Movement becomes 1,000 feet.
*AC bonus becomes +6.
*Melee attacks deal an extra 6d10 force damage.
*2 additional standard actions (Spell casting limit rules apply, so You can't cast another spell during the same turn, except for cantrips with a casting time of 1 action.)
*12d6 force damage at the start of each round.
*Incapacitated for 2 minutes.
*4 levels of exhaustion.
