You blast your opponent with a word that only you and it can understand. You instill in it so much insecurity and apprehension that it almost has a mental breakdown at even the thought of trying to attack you. The creature must now make a Wisdom saving throw.
On a failure, it suffers 2d8 psychic damage each time it attacks you, casts a spell that harms you (even indirectly), or takes an action that causes you harm. If this ensuing damage reduces your target to 0 hit points, it instead drops to 1 hit point and falls into unconsciousness until woken magically.
If (when it is not unconscious) you or one of your allies attacks it, it will be able to make a new saving throw, ending the effects on success.
