Wingardium Leviosa

Summary: This Curse will allow you to make a target lose its gravitationl connection to the Earth; in other words,make them float like they are in space. it will also make them lose a lot of Hp.

What to Do: Raise your predominant hand toward the target, outstretch your fingers with your pointer {the fingertip of the pointer must be wet with the Orc tears} ahead aiming at the targets chest(center of an object), and utter this ancient incantation: Wingardium Leviosa.(Win-gar-dee-um Lev-ee-oh-sah) Your entire concentration must be focussed on the target, letting your magical energy flow through your body, to the fingertip of your pointer, and pushing it out. a silvery light will emnate from your finger, glowig eerily. Once all the required magic is foccussed in your fingertip, speak: Thardrune. (Thar-Dr-ween) The silvery light will fire from your finger with a sound like a starwars laser gun, and if you aimed properly, it will hit the target square in the chest(the center for an object) and be absorbed into the target. 

As the spells severs a crucial connection between the phisical body and the Realm, it will deal 5d12 damage plus bonus. In addition, it give the target disadvantage and the caster(you) gains advantage. 

Costs to the Caster: Once used, the spell cannot be used until 3-5 long rests. The more rests, the stronger. After 3 rests, there is an additional 3 bonus points. Also, the spell uses up all spell slots for its level and decreases the casters Hp 1d6, plus bonus. If any aspects of the spell is done improperly, the entire spell fails, but the Costs stay the same except for one part: the damage done to the Caster is 1d12 plus bonus.

Ways the Spell Can Go Wrong: If there is sufficient surrounding distraction(determined by the DM). If the finger is properly aimed(determined by the DM). Misproniunciation. Words not sent fluently or sound flowing. If 2 or more rolls are ones. If the spell is not casted with the clear intentions(that everybody including players, NPCs and DM can sense) of malevolence or for a laugh. If the DM feels like it.

At Higher Levels: for every level above 3rd, the spell increases by 2d12 damage to target. The Cost to Caster always stays the same. 

The DM has full rights to alter any/every aspect of the spell according to their will. Ask DM for any uncertainties. 

Correctly defining the word "Lakadaisical" to the DM adds +4 bonus to damage on target, and -2 damage to Caster
