You warp temporal space in front of you in a thirty foot sphere. Choose up to eight creatures that you can see within range and, for the duration of the casting time of the spell, the creatures are locked in a space of slowed time that equates to a total of 8 hours. The creatures can take actions as normal or they can choose to take a long rest and gain all of the benefits that entails as normal. The selected creatures exit from the temporal space at the end of the ten minute casting of the spell having experienced eight hours elapse themselves.

You, the caster, do not gain the benefits of an eight hour rest.
