Choose 1 Element - Fire, Cold, Lightning, Thunder, Force, Psychic, Acid, Poison, Radiant, or Necrotic.

Casting - You can either cast this spell as an action and spend a spell slot, or cast as a ritual that takes 1 hour. 

Action Cast - You can use your action to touch a creature and cast elemental clone. It appears in the nearest open square to you. It appears to look exactly like the creature it was created from with all their memories. They can act independently but are friendly to you and your allies and obey your commands. They take their turn immediately after yours. And you gain all their memories as they are happening. (Duration - if the clone was casted this way, it lasts 1 hour unless it is destroyed, dispelled, or the refresh feature is used and it requires concentration.)

Ritual Cast (You can only Ritual cast this spell at 5th level) - You create 2 identical arcane circles. You and the creature you wish to clone sit in one of them and then spend an hour bending your choosen element to your will. You must maintain your focus on the spell, if your concentration is broken, you must restart the spell. After an hour an elemental clone appears completed in the second circle. It appears to look exactly like the creature it was created from and has all their memories. They can act independently but are friendly to you and your allies and obey your commands. They take their turn immediately after yours. And you gain all their memories as they are happening. (Duration - If the clone was created this way, it lasts 24 hours unless it is destroyed, dispelled, or the refresh feature is used. It does require concentration.)

Refresh - The clone cannot regain its hit-points or spell slots after its used them. However if someone touches you or the clone and spends a 5th level spell slot or higher, the clone will regain all its hit-points and spell slots. In addition its time limit is extended by 2 hours times the spell slot level used. If you have multiple clones active, the level of spell slot needed to refresh them needs to equal the amount you wish to refresh.

- Refresh Scale - 1 clone equals a 5th level spell slot or higher, 2 clones equal a 7th level spell slot or higher, and 3 clones equal a 9th level spell slot. 

Unstable - If the clones hit-points are reduced to 0, then on its next turn it all it can do is use its movement. After its movement is spent it explodes with the element that was used to create it. Every creature within a 30 foot radius sphere centered on the the clone must make a DC15 dexterity saving throw or take 5d10 damage of the choosen element.

Elemental Clone - The clone gains the racial and class abilities of the creature it was created from. 

Size & Race  - The elemental clone classifies as an elemental, and is the same size as the creature it was created from. 

Armor Class - 10 + level of spell slot used. 

Hit-Points - 5 times level of spell slot used. 

Speed - Same as the creature it was created from. 

Stats - The clone has the same stats as the creature it was created from. 

Condition Immunities - Exhaustion and Unconscious. 

Immunities - Element its comprised of. 

Bonus Resistance & Immunity - The clone gains any Resistances or Immunities that the creature it was created from has. 

Actions - The clone can take the same actions as a normal creature. 

Multi-Attack - Clone can make attacks equal to the level of spell slot used to create it, divided by 2 and rounded down. 

Unarmed Strike - 1d6 of choosen element + strength modifier. 

Spells - Your clone can cast cantrips, 3 1st level spells, 2 2nd level spells, and 1 3rd level spell that the creature it was created from currently has prepared. 

At Higher Levels - When you cast this spell using a 7th level spell slot you produce 2 clones, and if you use a 9th level spell slot it becomes 3 clones.
