You briefly stop the flow of time for everyone but yourself or if another player and or a monster who has this ability. While you take 1d4 + 1 turns in a row, during which you can use actions and move as normal. Individuals with the same power can only act within stopped time for the "duration" that they are able to stop time which they will roll a 1d4 for how many actions they can do in time stop and can only use it one every battle, but appear be able to perceive all of the stopped time. This ability initially only works for up to 5 seconds, or one round. If you do not have the time stop ability, you will have to roll a Perception check to see if you will be affected by time stop which you need at least 16 or higher with modifers.
