A beam of crackling energy streaks toward a creature within range. Make a ranged spell attack against the target. On a hit, the target takes 1d10 force damage.
The spell creates more than one beam when you reach higher levels: two beams at 5th level, three beams at 11th level, and four beams at 17th level. You can direct the beams at the same target or at different ones. Make a separate attack roll for each beam.
Illusionist's bracers can still make it twice per turn :)
I would interpret that as only working with minor illusion. Imo it is far too op otherwise. But you can always play sorlock, if that is what you are into (esp with clockwork soul now, you won't miss any of your EBs anymore, which is great)
What part of "The bracers’ power, though, extends far beyond illusions." would imply that it only works for minor illusion. Also how is multi-classing into sorcerer a replacement for this item?
Hold up.
The Echo Knight's Manifest Echo is an object, not a creature.
So... we have a fighter subclass who, cards played well, is outright immune to this spell, and this spell has no utility.
Yikes.
... Good mimic test strip though.
cannot cast spells with Haste
16* blast right?
cast x4
then twinx4 more
then quicken x4
then twin the quicken x4
20cha is +5 for agonizing blast
but if you hex them the turn prior that’s another 1d6
So up to. 16d10 plus ( up to 80 AB bonus) plus the 16d6 hex damage
Take 2 levels in fighter to action surged and shoot 4 more
When a higher-level player casts this, should they call each shot before they know the resolution of the first blast?
I'm confused as to whether this cantrip can be Twinned by a Sorcerer with Warlock magic initiate Feat. I realize Quickened Spell will yield the same result (using EB twice in the same turn), but is it because the multiple beams at 5th level can target different targets?
Additionally, multiclass into Fighter two levels and then use Action Surge. 12 beams of unadulterated hatred for whatever poor bastard that happened to step within the range of your ire. Maxing that out, you're dealing around 180 with Agonizing Blast, an average of 132 damage with AB, 120 without and an average of 72 without.
Couple that with Eldritch Spear and Fly and you're banned from every D&D table. xD
Eldritch blast my beloved
Can someone find where eldritch blast says it cannot target objects please?
You can't, technically, twin Eldritch Blast. But I do believe you can quicken it to a bonus action, and then use your action to cast it again. Am I wrong in this assumption?
How to make a tactical nuke with Eldritch Blast:
1. Be a Warlock-Sorcerer
2. Take the Eldritch Spear Invocation to cast Eldritch Blast from 300 ft away
3. Take the spell sniper feat to double that range(600ft)
4. Take the distant spell Metamagic to cast double Eldritch Blast's range, making it 1200ft (roughly 365-366 meters)
5. Multiclass into Barbarian
6. Take the Eagle buff from the Path of the Totem Warrior
7. Good job buckaroo, you now have a tactical nuke
No, they should resolve each blast sequentially, although calling the targets first is an option.

Take levels in sorcerer and use distant spell and you have 1200 foot range
Will do
Are the extra waves based on total level or Warlock level? I've seen some videos saying total levels but that sounds weird to me.
e
My understanding has always been that cantrips that upgrade, upgrade on total level, not individual class level if multiclassed
