You flourish the weapon used in the casting and then vanish to strike like the wind. Choose up to six creatures you can see within range, or you can choose to target a lesser number for multiple hits (Say you target just one creature, you can hit it 6 times via this spell). Make a melee spell attack against each target. On a hit, a target takes 1d10 force damage.
You can then teleport to an unoccupied space you can see within 5 feet of one of the targets you hit or missed.

 

At Higher Spell levels add 1d10 to the damage and distance (5ft per level beyond 1st level) from target increases every other spell level.
