Upon killing an enemy, using a bonus action you can touch a creature that you have killed, enveloping it in magic to absorb 1 racial ability, feature, or feat from it. Assign numbers to each ability the enemy you killed has, and then roll a die (die type is determined by number of absorbable features) The number the die lands on is the ability you will obtain. If you already have the ability you do not get to re-roll for another ability. The same restrictions that applied to the absorbed creature regarding the ability/feature, apply to you as well. 

At level 11 you can roll an additional die, and choose the number from either one. If they land on the same number, re-roll one of the dice. If it lands on the same number a second time, you cannot roll again.

(This cantrip is based on another Homebrew cantrip originally made by user: Artorianvideos. I redid the cantrip, changing it to fit my means. I know it's OP. Feedback is appreciated.)
