You summon 4 orbs of snow, each dealing 1d8 Cold Damage and halves the targets movement speed until the end of the eir next turn on a failed Constitution Saving Throw. On a successful save, the target’s movement speed is unchanged. Each orb can target a different target.

For each level up this spell is casted above 1st, you create an additional orb, and the orbs deal 1 extra d8.
