You hoist your weapon above your head which begins to hover above your open palm and spin rapidly, forming a small but powerful cyclone with a radius of 10ft. If a creature enters this cyclone for the first time on a turn or starts its turn there, it must make a Constitution saving throw. On a failed save, the creature takes 2d12 force damage and (if it is medium-sized or smaller) is pulled into the centre of the cyclone (within 1ft of you) and knocked prone. However, if the creature is airborne it suffers the effects of a failed save without rolling and must be huge or gargantuan to avoid being pulled in and knocked prone.
Additionally, when concentrating on this spell, you can use a bonus action to release the full force of the cyclone in a powerful downward strike, which hits all creatures within 2ft of you; this strike deals a base 3d12 force damage plus an additional 1d12 force damage for each round spent concentrating on the spell, not including the round in which this attack is made. The creature(s) (if medium-sized or smaller) are then pushed 15ft away from you and knocked prone. When this is used concentration on the spell is ended.
While concentrating on this spell your movement speed is quartered and you cannot make other attacks with this weapon or cast spells with somatic components.
At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 5th level or higher, for each slot level above 4th, the radius of the vortex increases by 5ft and the final strike deals an additional 1d12 force damage for each round spent concentrating on the spell.
