Posted Mar 7, 2025Get Hex with Fey Touched, add a d6 to each ray. Outstanding. Even better if you are a Sorcerer with Innate Sorcerery up.

Posted Apr 5, 2025It is though. They get it at 3rd level or something. So seems they forgot to add the artificer to it.

Posted Apr 5, 2025It is not. The full Artificer spell list can be found here.
Possibly what you're thinking of is that the Artificer subclass Artillerist has this spell as one of its subclass-specific "always prepared" spells. These are added to your character sheet automatically at the appropriate level, so they won't appear in the list of spells you can add if they're not normally Artificer spells (which, again, this one is not). However, since this is a level 2 spell, it won't be available until your Artificer is level 5, which is when Artificers gain access to level 2 spell slots.

Posted May 10, 2025If i remember correctly scorching ray is on the artillerist spell list, the reason you can't take the 2024 version is because you most likely took the old version not the one that is being developed, talk to your dm about this and he might allow you to use that spell instead.
