The target must make a Constitution saving throw. On a failed save, the target is utterly erased from existence, leaving no trace behind. This effect bypasses resistances and immunities, and cannot be countered or dispelled by any means. If the target is a creature, it is instantly killed and cannot be resurrected by any means short of a wish spell. Additionally, all creatures and objects within a 60-foot radius of the target must make a Dexterity saving throw. On a failed save, they take 20d10 force damage and are pushed 30 feet away from the center of the blast. On a successful save, they take half damage and are not pushed. The environment within the 30-foot radius is severely impacted. Structures are obliterated, and the terrain becomes difficult terrain the plants in the area wither and decay. Additionally, a shockwave extends out to a 60-foot radius, causing unsecured objects to be thrown about and creating a deafening sound that can be heard up to 300 feet away. Creatures within this 60-foot radius must make a Strength saving throw or be knocked prone.
